Tahel is a singer - songwriter, electronic producer and an Audio-Visual artist from Israel.
As a dream pop musician, her music contains rich textures of sounds she samples at her home studio over heavy beats.
In her performance, Tahel walks on stage alone, as a one woman electronic band.
Her stage set- up includes unique synths like the Tenori-on and Kaoss Pad, and she puts a lot of effort on the visual aspect of her show, using a dynamic led light dress made of paper units, and other origami objects she designs her self.
Tahel started writing songs at the early age of 6. Her music background includes years of classical vocal and piano training, but she was always strongly drawn to the deep ocean of sound.
As a teenager, she was strongly influenced by artists such as Bjork and Beth Gibbons, who came across to her as powerful yet fragile women.
In 2015 Tahel joined forces with two local talented music producers Ori Rousso and Matan Spenser (Spenserousso), whom she met while she was studying sound engineering and production at "Muzik" college. Together they produced her (upcoming) debut solo album named
The first single of the album "Bodyache" was released on April 2017, followed by a beautiful video clip she shot at The Dead Sea.
her second single - Late Bloomer was be released on June and was immediately chosen as 88fm "Song of the Week".
So far, Tahel has performed on a few of the most prestigious stages in Israel. among them the Eretz Israel Museam, Suzanne Dellal art center, etc...
